The area of computer repairs is often looked upon as being akin to a dark art that only the knowledgable are able to undertake and succeed in. Again, Silicon Wizardry takes a different approach. When we undertake a repair we fully document exactly what was done in order to rectify the problem, and detail steps for the client to be able to fix the problem for themselves, if applicable.
We are able to sort out and fix almost any computer problem including data recovery, hardware failure, virus/spyware removal, networking issue, power supply problems, internet connection problems and loads more.
For all hardware problems we undertake we inform you of any hardware that needs replacing before we do it, letting you know the cost that would be incurred, giving you the choice of whether to go ahead or not. We source high quality hardware from leading manufacturers at the best possible prices, and the prices we pay are the prices we charge you. We do not make a profit on hardware we order.
We also operate a "No Fix, No Fee" policy. If we can't fix it, and we can usually tell that within a couple of hours, then we won't charge you. Simple really.
